Andhra all out for 231 December 03, 2005 20:35 IST Hyderabad bundled out Andhra Pradesh for 231 to gain a first innings lead of 139 runs on the penultimate day of the four-day Elite Group 'B' Ranji Trophy match in Anantapur on Saturday. In reply to Hyderabad's first innings score of 370, Andhra, who resumed at the overnight score of 50 for one, could muster only 231 as Hyderabad speedster Kaushik Reddy run through the Andhra top order claiming four for 43. - Ranji Trophy 2005-06: Complete coverage His new ball partner Narender Pal Singh chipped in with two wickets giving away 58 runs. Only Gnaneswara Rao resisted the Hyderabad bowling and complied 63 runs with the help of six fours and one sixer. Skipper Venugopala Rao disappointed the crowd as he scored 33 and was bowled by youngster Indrasekhara Reddy. However, Gnaneswara Rao paired with Kalyana Krishna well to add 36 runs for the ninth wicket to avoid follow-on. Hyderabad were 14 for no loss in their second innings.
