Lara joins unique club

Brian Lara was at his scintillating best on the opening day of the first Test against Pakistan at Barbados on Friday.

A man on a quiet mission to re-write history, his 29th Test ton not only drew him level with the Australian great Donald Bradman, but also completed a set of hundreds against all Test-playing countries.

The 36-year-old is now the sixth batsman to have scored a century against all other nine Test playing countries. This exclusive clubs includes Australia's Steve Waugh, South Africa's Gary Kirsten, India's Rahul Dravid and Sachin Tendulkar and Sri Lanka's Marvan Atapattu
