Ramesh Powar in team for 2nd ODI Harish Kotian in Faridabad | March 31, 2006 10:00 IST Last Updated: March 31, 2006 10:18 IST England captain Andrew Flintoff won the toss and elected to bat against India in the second one-day international at the Nahar Singh stadium in Faridabad on Friday. Flintoff, playing in his 100th one-day international, opted to go into the match with the same side that lost the first one-dayer in New Delhi by 39 runs.
Mumbai off-spinner Powar last played a one-dayer against Pakistan, in Karachi in February. The Nahar Singh stadium is not among India's favourite venues. The team has lost four out of five matches have played there. India lead the series 1-0.
