Hyderabad all set to win December 11, 2007 21:26 IST Hyderabad is set to win the Ranji Trophy Super League match against Andhra Pradesh as they require only 18 runs with four wickets in hand on theĀ final day. Andhra added a mere 55 runs to its overnight score of 72 for 6, with Y Gnaneswara Rao (61) putting up a brave fight even as the other batsmen returned to the pavillion for single digit scores. B Sumanth (28) was the only exception. Hyderabad bowler MP Arjun who destroyed the Andhra batting with his superb haul of six wickets claimed one more wicket on Tuesday. SM Shoaib claimed two wickets for 23 runs. Chasing a victory target of 155 runs, Hyderabad made 137 for the loss of 6 wickets with S Anoop Pai and captain Arjun Yadav scoring 53 and 43 respectively. However, other top order batsmen of the host team failed to make a mark as Andhra's P Vijay Kumar and D Kalyankrishna took two wickets each. Hyderabad now need 18 runs to win the match with four wickets remaining. A Shinde (1) and Pragyan Ojha (1) were at the crease when the stumps were drawn.
