India, SA final ODI to start at 2030 hrs July 01, 2007 18:53 IST Last Updated: July 01, 2007 20:06 IST The rain-delayed third and final one-day international cricket match between India and South Africa will start at 4 pm local time (8.30 pm IST) in Belfast on Sunday. Umpires carried out second inspection at 3 pm local time (7.30 pm IST) and decided that a 31 overs a side match would be played, starting at 4 pm local time (8.30 pm IST). The match, which was scheduled to start at 10.45 am (3.15 pm IST), has been delayed by 5 hours and 15 minutes. The three-match series is tied 1-1 with South Africa winning the first (June 26) and the India the second (June 29) at the same venue.
