Australia elect to bat in third ODI Harish Kotian in Hyderabad | October 05, 2007 09:11 IST Australia captain Ricky Ponting [Images] won the toss and elected to bat in the third One-Day International against India in Hyderabad on Friday. Back after missing the first two ODI because of injury, Ponting replaces the in-form Brad Haddin, who scored half-centuries in the first two matches. India made one change, bringing in Rohit Sharma for Ramesh Powar. Sourav Ganguly [Images], who was expected to play after sitting out of the second ODI because of a hamstring injury, was ruled unfit.
