Sebi clears Reliance Infratel IPO May 15, 2008 12:58 IST Market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India is understood to have cleared the initial public offering of Anil Ambani group firm Reliance Infratel. According to sources, Reliance Infratel would offer 10 per cent equity to the public valued at Rs 5,000-6,000 crore (Rs 50-60 billion).
