Krrish, now in Tamil!
When asked whether it was the success of Koi... Mil Gaya that prompted him to think of a sequel, Roshan Sr. said, "Actually, no. After Koi... Mil Gaya, I was looking for a subject. When I saw the sequel to The Lord Of The Rings, it rang a bell, prompting me to carry the story forward. Everybody must be wondering what happened to Rohit after Jadoo left him. Krrish begins where Koi... Mil Gaya ends."
In Krrish, Rohit and Nisha (Preity Zinta) die in a mishap. Their son Krishna is brought up by his grandmother (Rekha). Krishna has inherited supernatural powers from his father. Soon, his daredevilry becomes the talk of the town. A television correspondent (Priyanka Chopra) decides to learn more about him.
