Why Kal Penn had no lines in Superman Returns  Reader Justin Prince sent us a picture of his brother Jason posing with actor Kal Penn.The picture was taken in Dubai during the screening of Mira Nair's The Namesake, starring Penn in an important role. The film also stars Tabu and Irrfan. Justin said Penn was chilled out and down-to-earth. He asked the actor why he had no dialogues in the Hollywood blockbuster Superman Returns. Penn told him that he did have 20 lines to say but they were edited in the final cut. Penn may have missed out in Superman but his Namesake is much awaited!
