A star-studded black tie event hosted by Parmeshwar Godrej in honour of newlyweds Elizabeth Hurley and Arun Nayar saw the who's who of the city's party circuit attending the bash held at her seaside bungalow in Mumbai.

A posse of mediapersons and curious onlookers crowded around the sprawling Godrej bungalow in suburban Juhu, hoping to catch a glimpse of British supermodel Hurley, as well as other celebrities on the evening of March 6.

Among those who attended the event were UB Group chairman Vijay Mallya, cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan, Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan's wife Gauri, industrialist Kumarmangalam Birla and actress Shilpa Shetty.

Hurley, pictured here in a March 6 daytime photograph, wore a white gown and the couple were seeing dancing till the wee hours on the sprawling lawns of the bungalow. On the inset we can see Nayar with Hurley's son, Damien.

The couple, who tied the knot in Britain on Saturday, arrived here on Monday to kick off the second round of their elaborate wedding celebrations, which will culminate in a traditional Indian ceremony in Jodhpur. The star-couple will leave for Jodhpur on March 7, reportedly with 150 guests.
