Sanjay Dutt literally ran away from reporters during a music launch in Mumbai on Tuesday night.

The actor, whose marriage to Manyata is mired in controversy, was the chief guest at new singer Raghu Dixit's album launch.

To avoid the inevitable questions regarding his marriage, the actor made a dash for the back door.

Dutt's marriage to Manyata on February 7 has run into trouble after authorities in Goa [Images] sent a legal notice to Manyata, asking for proof of residence.

Adding to the controversy was a petition filed by an accused lodged in Arthur Road jail, Meeraj-ur-Rehman, who claimed to be Manyata's legal husband.

Both the newly-weds have refrained from commenting on the issue.
