Musharraf to visit China

Pakistan Chief Executive General Pervez Musharraf will pay a two-day visit to China on January 17-18.

This is Musharraf's first visit to China as Pakistan's chief executive.

Addressing the media, Musharraf has said he would discuss international, regional and bilateral issues with Chinese leaders. He visited China as Pakistan army chief in May last year during the Kargil conflict.

Foreign Minister Abdul Sattar, Finance Minister Shaukat Aziz, Defence Secretary Lieutenant General (retired) Nasim Rana and other senior officials will accompany Musharraf.
