Bhujbal, who was in Nagpur in connection with the winter session of the state legislature, arrived in Mumbai in the morning and was straightaway taken to the hospital for a check-up.

A team of doctors, led by Dr A P Mehta, is attending on the senior Nationalist Congress Party leader who had on Sunday evening complained of 'uneasiness' and had high blood pressure. He was taken to a hospital in Nagpur where doctors advised rest.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Sushilkumar Shinde scotched reports that Bhujbal has resigned after coming under attack from the Shiv Sena-BJP opposition in connection with the fake stamp paper racket.
