CRPF jawan kills senior in Srinagar

A CRPF constable shot dead his senior posted at the residence of People's Conference chairman Sajad Ghani Lone at Rawalpora in Srinagar on Tuesday night, official sources said. The constable fired several rounds, killing the sub-inspector on the spot. No reason was known for the killing. This is the second such incident in the last 10 days. A CRPF constable, in a fit of anger, killed seven of his colleagues before being shot dead at battalion headquarters in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir on November 28.
