Woman gang-raped in moving bus in Delhi

A 20-year-old woman has accused four persons of raping her in a moving bus in Delhi on Thursday.

The woman, hailing from Jharkhand, on Friday lodged a complaint naming the four accused, police said.

According to the complaint, the woman works as a maid in Faridabad, on the outskirts of Delhi, and is associated with a maid-supplying agency. She had boarded a bus in Faridabad at 1500 IST on Thursday bound for New Delhi Railway Station.

The gang rape took place en route, the woman has alleged adding she was allowed to go at 2300 IST.

No arrests have been made so far.
