The Committee would comprise 7 other members, including an IIT professor, a town planner, serving and retired state government officials, Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh told reporters in Mumbai.

The decision was taken at a meeting of the state Cabinet in Mumbai on Thursday, he said. The Committee would submit its report to the state government within 4 months, he said.
