The Metropolitan court in Hyderabad on Friday extended the judicial custody of Monica Bedi, the companion of underworld don Abu Salem, till December 12.

The court also postponed proceedings on her bail petition till December 12 as the Xth Metropolitan Judge, who is hearing the case, is on leave.

Bedi was brought to Hyderabad from Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh amidst tight security Thursday night in connection with a forgery case against her.
