The All-India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam has employed the services of four baby elephants in campaigning for the Kancheepuram and Gummidipoondi assembly by-polls on May 14.

The elephants, sporting sandal paste on their foreheads, and adorned with garlands, AIADMK symbols and banners all over it, were part of a large gathering to receive party supremo J Jayalalithaa, who arrived in Kancheepuram on Monday to canvas for the party candidate T Mythili.

Later, the elephants also strolled down the streets 'actively' canvassing for Mythili.
