Seeking to dismiss insinuations that he was holding back documents on his extensive dialogue with the then US Deputy Secretary of State Strobe Talbott, Former External Affairs Minister Jaswant Singh on Monday said all records and minutes of the deliberations had been passed on to the United Progressive Alliance government.

"Let me put the record straight for once and all. All documents and records of my meetings with Talbott in my capacity as special interlocutor have been passed on to the UPA government," Singh, Leader of the Opposition, said in the Rajya Sabha.

Singh did not speak on recent developments in the Indo-US civil nuclear cooperation but confined himself to self-explanation during the short duration discussion.

He said Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in his intervention in the Lok Sabha on Monday and speakers in the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday had sought to cast shadows on his extensive dialogue with Talbott as also utterances made by the then Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee in his speech before the UN General Assembly.

He said after every round of dialogue, he had shared information with members of the House and the media.
