Affidavit to extradite 'Q' in SC

The Central Bureau of Investigation on Thursday filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court on steps to extradite Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi, an accused in the Bofors pay off case, who was detained and now on bail in Argentina.
