The Panthers Party has fielded "unique" candidates for the upcoming Delhi assembly polls which include a man who wants to equal Lord Shiva's "record" of marrying Parvati seven times and another who cleans water tanks in the national capital dressed in white.
The party does not stop here and promises more "colour" by fielding capital's first woman autorickshaw driver Sunita Choudhury and Ramesh Rangi, who acted in the video of hit Haryanvi song Hat Ja Tau Pachhe Ne.
Harsh Malhotra, the man who married the same woman six times, is taking on Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit while auto driver Sunita Choudhury will contest against BJP's V K Malhotra in Greater Kailash.
Party's Delhi general secretary Harsh Malhotra, says that he wants to marry his wife for the seventh time so that he can equal the record of Lord Shiva, who had married Parvati seven times, according to Hindu mythology.
The party is fielding Prem Pal 'Safediwala' from Sadar Bazar, who earned his suffix as he has been cleaning water tanks across the city while dressed in white clothes.
Another candidate Bhoj Kumar, who is fielded from Rajender Nagar, earns his living by teaching driving while Suraj Prakash (Krishna Nagar) is a winner of national road safety award.
The Panthers Party claims that their candidates Tariq Mirza (Matia Mahal) and Kanta (Kondli) are youngest male and female candidates respectively.
The party is fielding 11 candidates in the November 29 polls.
