Ghana storm into FIFA's top 20 February 13, 2008 17:32 IST African Nations Cup hosts Ghana climbed 29 places to joint 14th in FIFA's world rankings following their third place finish at the tournament. Ghana are now the highest ranked African nation in the standings, which are published monthly by world soccer's governing body. Cameroon, who lost 1-0 to Egypt in the final, are up eight places to 17th. Egypt are ranked behind Ghana, Cameroon and Ivory Coast at 29th. India are ranked 144, while Argentina tops the list followed by Brazil [Images].
