Restaurant review: Kaffiaa

Reviewer: Harnoor Channi Tiwary

It doesn't happen often, but once in a while you walk out of a restaurant with a goofy smile on your face willing to thank anyone who would listen for the meal they served you. It happened to me last week and in my endeavour to spread happiness, I have decided to share the same with you.

Until recently, people living in Noida would either have to cross the river towards South Delhi to have a half decent meal or make do with the Nirulas of the world. But no more. Good restaurants are springing up on every corner in Noida and it is no more a compulsion to have to travel to Delhi for an evening out. One of the latest additions to Noida's crown is a fresh new Italian Cafe in Sector 18 called Kaffiiaa.

The owners of Kaffiiaa are first-time entrepreneurs who quit the corporate sector for their passion of food. They started an Indian restaurant in the same market called Desi Vibes which in the past two years has made quite a name for itself. After the success of the venture, they decided to expand into Italian cuisine as well. You can often see the owner Varun sitting in the restaurant with his laptop, making sure all is in order.

Do you have a favourite restaurant/ cuisine? Have you sampled the latest eating haunt on the block? Have you had any BAD food experiences? Spill the beans. Be it Manali or Kanyakumari, Kashmir or Goa, Jaipur or Nagpur -- we would love to know more about the eating out options in your village, town or city. Self-confessed foodies, recommend a restaurant! Rate the food (vegetarian and non-vegetarian), ambience, service, accessibility and whether you plan to head back.

Send in your reviews in 700-1,000 words.

Don't forget to add the restaurant's address, phone number, and a photograph (if possible). Do send in your full name, age, the city you are from, your profession and your contact number.
