Trading strategy for May 26, 2000

Satyam: The stock has broken yet another major support of Rs 2500 and has closed below it. This is an extremely weak signal and the stock could be heading for a fresh downtrend. On the upper side, it has an immediate resisitance at Rs 2700. There are no immediate supports on the down side.

SSI: As mentioned before, the stock is heading for a fresh downtrend. There are no immedaite supports for the stock. On the upper side, it has immediate resistance at Rs 1840 and therafter at Rs 2000.

TELCO: The stock has closed beolow its immediate medium term support of Rs 122. The fall is likely to accelerate below Rs 120. Thereafter the stock does not have any support till Rs 80. On the upper side it has an immedaite resistance at Rs 126 and therafter at Rs 133.

TISCO: The stock has an immediate support at Rs 112 and therafter at Rs 104. On the upper side, it has a major barrier at Rs 120. Long positions are advisable only once this level is crossed.

ACC: The stock has already witnessed a rally of 20 per cent from the low of Rs 95. It has an immediate resistance at Rs 120 and therafter at Rs 130. No long positions are advisable at this stage. Minor supports are at Rs 111 and then at Rs 104.
