On the different stages of his life/book

When I sat down to write the book I realised that my life fits neatly into decade-old or 20-year compartments. That is also how I have compartmentalised the book. My first 20 years in Sindh. The next 10 years after independence. Then the period from 1957 to 1977, when Vajpayee-ji became parliamentarian and I came to Delhi to set up the party's parliamentary office. Then the 20 years starting from 1977, when I became a minister in the Moraji Desai cabinet. The 10 years after that, which was kickstarted with my 59-day rath yatra and resulted in the BJP coming to power for 6 years.
